Included within Pelican Lake Ranch’s expanse are over 1,000 acres of community open space and natural play ground for residents to enjoy. Even a brief tour will take you through cottonwood groves; beside tree-lined canals, quiet ponds and estuaries that harbor water fowl; through rolling sage country; and along the shoreline trail of Lake Christina. 


Pelican Lake Ranch’s trail system reaches into this pristine area, and provides an off-road link between our low-density neighborhoods and home sites; and our community pool and other amenities.
