Pelican Lake Ranch offers an amazing amount of amenities for a small community of only 186 lots currently and 800 total lots at full build-out on over 3,500 acres of land.  This large estate community in rural Colorado provides an incredible lifestyle for both families & retirees.  The natural amenities of nature preserves, bird estuaries, lakes, rolling hills, grass lands, sage brush covered hills, and  trees along the waters edge.

All complimented by an incredible number of amazing activity areas including a swimming pool (rentable for private parties), playground, putting green, tennis and sports courts, basketball, play park, shuffle board, multiple covered BBQ areas & picnic facilities.  

 

Our own Lake Cristina provides a perfect area where you can enjoy fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing, camping and parties at the lakeside pavilion. 

There is a staffed Community Center for resident information, party rental, sales, community events, and school bus pick-up. Adjoining is the “out of the weather” mail room.

Equestrian facilities including a cross-country jump course around Lake Christina, multiple riding arenas, horse lots, where you can house your own horses.  Lots average 2 - 3 acres each.  Riding trails through our rolling hills connect to the arenas, jump coarse and Lake

Swimming Pool Fees


In-Authority (Residents / Property Owners) $120.00/year family membership Non-Authority (Non-Residents / Non-Property Owners) $300.00/year Full payment due at time of membership.




Pavilion at the Swimming Pool Fees


In-Authority (Residents / Property Owners) $25.00 non-refundable fee per event. Non-Authority (Non-Residents / Non-Property Owners) $100.00 non-refundable fee per event. Fully payment due in conjunction with reservation booking.




Party at the Swimming Pool Fees (Note: Pool membership required)


In-Authority (Residents / Property Owners) $150.00 non-refundable fee per event, plus a $25.00 refundable deposit. Full payment ($175.00) due in conjunction with reservation booking. Non-Authority (Non-Residents / Non-Property Owners) $500.00 non-refundable fee per event, plus a $250.00 refundable deposit. Full Payment ($750.00) due at execution of Swimming Pool Event Agreement.




Outlot A and Lake Christina Fees

No additional fee**

Non-Authority (Non-Residents / Non-Property Owners)

$500.00 per vehicle per year**

Full payment due at the execution of Park Use Permit and Agreement and/or Activity Participation, Assumption of risk, Release and Waiver of Liability.

**Fishing at Lake Christina requires a fishing permit, see "Fishing Permits Fees."




Fishing Permits Fees


In-Authority (Resident / Property Owners)

$10.00 non-refundable fee per person (Children under the age of 16 do not need a permit when accompanied by a permitted individual).

Non-Authority (Non-Residents / Non-Property Owners)

$100.00 non-refundable fee per person.

Payment due at time of receipt of fishing permit




Reservation of the Pavilion at Lake Christina Fees


In-Authority (Resident / Property Owners)

$100.00 non-refundable payment and $100.00 refundable deposit per event.

Non-Authority (Non-Residents / Non-Property Owners)

$500.00 non-refundable payment and $100.00 refundable deposit per event.

Full payment due at the execution of Park Use Permit and Agreement.




RV Storage Fees


In-Authority (Resident / Property Owners)

490 sq. ft. space: $300.00 per year

675 sq. ft. space: $420.00 per year

Non-Authority (Non-Residents / Non-Property Owners)

490 sq. ft. space: $1020.00 per year

675 sq. ft. space: $1260.00 per year

Payment due in accordance with the Vehicle Storage Agreement




Community Building Rental for Parties Fees


In-Authority (Resident / Property Owners)

$150.00 non-refundable payment and $150.00 refundable deposit per event

Non-Authority (Non-Residents / Non-Property Owners)

$300.00 non-refundable payment and $300.00 refundable deposit

Payment due at the execution of Community Center Use Permit and Agreement
