Pelican Lake Ranch offers an amazing amount of amenities for a small community of only 186 lots currently and 800 total lots at full build-out on over 3,500 acres of land. This large estate community in rural Colorado provides an incredible lifestyle for both families & retirees. The natural amenities of nature preserves, bird estuaries, lakes, rolling hills, grass lands, sage brush covered hills, and trees along the waters edge.
All complimented by an incredible number of amazing activity areas including a swimming pool (rentable for private parties), playground, putting green, tennis and sports courts, basketball, play park, shuffle board, multiple covered BBQ areas & picnic facilities.
Our own Lake Cristina provides a perfect area where you can enjoy fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing, camping and parties at the lakeside pavilion.
There is a staffed Community Center for resident information, party rental, sales, community events, and school bus pick-up. Adjoining is the “out of the weather” mail room.
