Pelican Lake Ranch is located in a rural setting in North-Central Colorado in Weld County. We are just 35 minutes from DIA, 45 minutes from downtown Denver, and just 15 minutes south of Greeley, adjacent to Milton Reservoir. Click here to view our comunity

 

From Denver, take I-25 North to Exit 243 (Hwy 66), then head East on Hwy 66 to Platteville, turn North on US-85 two blocks to C.R. 32 (light) then East 7 miles to C.R. 39, then North 1 mile to the Pelican Lake Ranch main entrance. 

 

From Greeley, take US-85 south, turn left at the first light on 1st Ave which will become CR. 39, continue South 7 miles on CR-39 to the main entrance of Pelican Lake Ranch.

We have lots for sale and access to professional builders eager to help you build your forever home. If you want to use a non - approved vendor, that is fine too. They will have to meet certain requirements. More in the link below.
